You might get more by auctioning them together. Ebay is like a crap
shoot though. A lot will depend on who's in the market for an amp
when you put your's up, and how well you make your auction page.
The amp will be what'll draw people to your auction though.
Try looking at the finished auctions for that amp, and the finished
auctions for that cabinet first before you make a decision. Because
if the amps are selling low, and the cabinets are selling for almost
as much as the amps, then you'll probably loose money selling them
together.
Keep in mind that this is Ebay logic coming from someone who's never
sold anything on Ebay, and only bought a few things on it.

Post by RobIts an open back 16ohm 1x12 cabinet. Judging from the prices the combos are
going for on eBay, I doubt I can get that good a price if I just sell the
combo - I just thought I might be able to get a better price if I sell them
both together?

Post by RobHi
I recently bought a Marshall JTM C12 extension cab for my 1x12 JTM 60
combo.

and

or

whereas the combos turn up on eBay all the time?

If you don't like the JTM60 combo, then why not sell the combo, and
keep the cabinet?
It looks like a very handy cabinet to have around. I don't know if
the cabinet has any significant value on the used market anyhow, but
it's probably great for all sorts of situations. One of those thing's
you're likely to regret selling.
Is that an open or closed back cabinet? How many ohms is it?
